                                                                                                                                                                                                            Position:  Equipment Operator
Salary: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
                                                                                                                                                                                               Responsibilities:
Operate various types of heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Follow project specifications and plans to complete tasks accurately and within deadlines
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to create a secure work environment

Proficient in operating equipment.
Valid driver's license.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting project deadlines

Position: Landscape Laborer
Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscapes.
Operate and maintain landscape equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of job sites by removing debris and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize accidents and promote a safe working environment.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or questions.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and tools.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Valid driver's license is a plus.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Job Description: As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our construction projects. 
Salary: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with various tasks on the construction site, such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and operating basic construction tools.
Collaborating with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Performing general cleanup and maintenance duties to keep the worksite safe and organized.
Adhering to all safety regulations and wearing appropriate protective gear.
Assisting skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as needed.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
