Water based concrete/stone sealer & water repellent

Yufix CCC1000 is a deep penetrating formulation used as a water repellent and sealer for all masonry and synthetic masonry substrates. It is a unique clear single component catalyzed non-hazardous alternative to silane and siloxane water repellents. The Yufix chemical action results in a permanent seal of the concrete or masonry substrate pores and void walls to block the ordinary capillary action of water. Yufix CCC1000 is a highly effective, breathable sealer.

Yufix CCC1000 is a unique concrete proprietary formulation of a clear aqueous solution derived from a group of active chemicals. It chemically reacts with CO2 in the atmosphere to become an integral part of the concrete or masonry substrate. This product does not rely on an alkali reaction for it to catalyze within a concrete substrate.

Yufix CCC1000 forms a barrier within the masonry substrate, protecting from weathering and helps keep treated surfaces cleaner by resisting the entrance of air-borne dirt, acid rain, smog, industrial pollutants and most other atmospheric chemicals. It can be used in above grade and on grade applications to protect against moisture penetration helping to prevent corrosion of steel reinforcing within the concrete substrate.
